"Done for you" is easy to say and hard to picture. This is the calendar of the standard done-for-you engagement ($1,200/mo, one domain, up to 20 tracked buyer questions checked daily) as it runs today. Custom programs with more prompts and more implementation follow the same sequence at a larger scale.

Before day one: discovery and the fixed quote

A 30-minute call covers your buyers, your top ten competitors, the CMS you publish on, and who approves content on your side. You get a written scope within two business days: the standard $1,200/mo engagement, or a custom quote if you need more prompts or more implementation. Nothing in the engagement is billed hourly.

Week 1: the baseline

We build a prompt set of 40 to 80 real buyer questions from your ideal customer profile, Search Console queries, sales call notes and live autocomplete, then trim it to the tracked set (up to 20 on the standard engagement, more on a custom quote). Every prompt runs against ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. For each one we record whether you were named, in what position, which competitors were named instead, and which URLs the engine cited. Every page on the site is scored for AI readability.

The output is a one-page baseline: AI Visibility Score, citation rate, prompts won, competitors' share of voice, and the dated list of cited sources. It is signed off by both sides. Every later report is a delta against this page.

Week 2: technical access

Most sites lose citations before content is even considered. We check and fix AI crawler access (robots rules for GPTBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot, Google-Extended and others), publish llms.txt, correct the sitemap, add Organization, Service, FAQ and BreadcrumbList JSON-LD, and flag Core Web Vitals and index-coverage issues. On WordPress, Drupal, Webflow and Shopify we do this ourselves; on other stacks we hand your developer a ticket with the exact change.

Weeks 3 to 6: first answer pages and first re-checks

Gaps are ranked by revenue impact, not by volume. For each gap SiteSonar drafts an answer-first page (a direct answer in the first 60 words, the comparison or specification the engine is looking for, FAQ schema, internal links) and our editor rewrites it to read like a reference page rather than marketing copy. The draft lands in your approval queue with a preview. You read it, change what you want, and approve. It publishes to your CMS in your site's design on your domain.

Seven days after each publish, the tracked prompts run again and the change is logged against the baseline. One ready-to-publish item lands in your queue each weekday; two to four of those a month are full answer pages, the rest are LinkedIn posts and shorter fixes. Branded and long-tail prompts often move in this window; the first movement on our own site came in week two.

Weeks 7 to 12: off-site signals and the second content wave

Engines cite what other people say about you as much as what you say. In this phase we:

  • align your facts across Clutch, G2, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn and the directories the engines already cite in your category
  • identify the Reddit threads an engine is pulling from on your prompts and draft replies for your team to post
  • draft LinkedIn posts in the executive's voice, one per weekday, for approval before they publish
  • recommend YouTube topics from the prompts you are still losing, with titles, descriptions and scripts

The second content wave targets mid-tail commercial prompts, which commonly take 60 to 90 days to move.

What we ask of you

Three things. Approve the recommended content (you can edit every word, but a page that sits unapproved for weeks cannot earn a citation). Keep the platform connected to Search Console, GA4 and your CMS for the full 90 days. Attend at least one review call. Those are also the three conditions of the 90-day guarantee: if the score has not moved 10 points, the citation rate 15 percentage points, or five net-new prompts have not flipped to cited, fees for the period are refunded.

After day 90

The engagement goes month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice. Content already published stays yours. Most clients keep going because the prompt set keeps changing: engines re-source their answers monthly and new competitors appear in them. If you would rather run the loop yourself at that point, the SiteSonar Agencies plan ($599/mo, three domains) is the same platform with your team at the controls.

Start with the baseline. The free AI search visibility check on this site runs your first prompts in about two minutes with no card. If the gaps are there, book a call at book.doodleweb.io and we will show you the week-one baseline for your site.
